Role Description:

Collaborates closely with Team members. Actively engages in various aspects of the project's operation and development. Contributes significantly to the project's advancement and goals.

Program Duration:

Spans three months, providing hands-on experience and insight.

Post-Program Invitation:

Upon successful completion, participants receive an invitation to join the Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate a positive brand image. Actively participate in Core Team channels and meetings. Develop a comprehensive 3-month project proposal. Select a specific role within an operational vertical. Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive solutions.

Access Privileges:

Access to Team-only channels on Telegram. Participation in daily Team sync-up sessions. Voting privileges in monthly content reward rounds. Attendance at the quarterly Unit Summit.

Becoming a Pioneer:

Fulfill Contributor criteria. Interview with Team. Review and agree to Cooperation Agreement and Privacy Policy. Complete Pioneer Onboarding Form and Cooperation Agreement Form. Pass Pioneer Entrance Assessment.

This process sets individuals on the path to becoming a Unit Network Pioneer, offering opportunities for active contribution and potential membership in the Team.
